Direct Thermal Label Material
Alliance Paper supplies top-coated direct thermal label material for converting barcode labels, promotional labels and supermarket electronic scale labels. The smooth, bright white thermal paper uses a heat-sensitive coating for clear ribbon-free printing and is available with hot-melt adhesive and blue glassine backing paper.
How Direct Thermal Label Material Works
Direct thermal paper produces an image when heat from the printhead activates the heat-sensitive surface coating. No thermal transfer ribbon is required. The protective coating provides water, oil and wear resistance for medium- and short-term label applications.
